Biography

 

Napreenko Vladimir (02.01.1944, v-ge Antonovka, Kostyukovichy district, Mogilev region), Belarus watercolorist. He graduated from Art and Graphic Department of Vitebsk State Pedagogical Institute named after S. M. Kirov (1970). A member of Belarusian Union of Artists (1990). He lives in Vitebsk.

The artist works primarily in watercolors. The use of various methods of watercolor painting, figurative symbolism are the distinctive features of his works.

Among the works: landscapes «The Corner of Old Vitebsk» (1973), «Braslavsky Motif» (1978), «Dawn» (1983), «Sunny Day in Forest» (1989), «Silent Night» (1993), «Gloomy Morning» (1994); still lives «Sunflower» (1980), «Still Life with a Coffee Pot» (1981) «Poppies» (1987), «Still Life with Daisies» (1988), «Lilac» (1989), «Still Life with Roses» (1989), «Forest Fruit»(1994); triptych «My City» (1994); polyptychs «Transfiguration» (1993), «Return of the Master» (1993); a series of «At the Open Air by Khrutsky I. » (2007) and others.
