Biography

Podolynsky Alexander (13.05.1955, v-ge Staraya Bjelitsa, Senno district, Vitebsk region), Belarusian artist. He graduated from Art and Graphic Department of Vitebsk State Pedagogical Institute (1977). He was taught by I. Stolyarov. F. Gumen. A participant of art exhibitions since 1978. A member of Belarusian Union of Artists (1966). He lives in Vitebsk.

The artist works mainly in easel painting.

Among the works: «In the Studio» «Woman's Portrait», «Vitebsk», «Rural Landscape», «South», «In Memory of the Artist», «Angel», «Fishermen», «Out of the Childhood», «Old Tree»; a series «Senno District».
His works are kept in Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local History, the funds of Belarusian Union of Artists.
