Biography

Shienok Alexander (03.01.1950, v-ge Kovlyaki, Beshenkovichi district, Vitebsk region), Belarusian watercolorist. He graduated from Art and Graphic Department of Vitebsk State Pedagogical Institute(1972). A member of Belarusian Union of Artists (1988).

The artist works in various genres watercolors (mainly landscape).

Among the works are: «Lake Losvido» (1980), «Barvin Perevoz» (1983), «Evening on the River Obol» (1985), «Evening in Zdravnyovo» (1999), «The River Disna» (2001), «Winter Landscape. Sharkovshchina» (2003), «Dvina. Romantic Island» (2003), «Autumn in Beshenkovichi» (2004), « Evening» (2006), «Golden Autumn» (2007), «Germanovichi. The Song of Old Church» (2007), «Under the Native Sky» (2008), «Braslav Motif» (2008), «Native Estate» (2009), «Vitebsk Land» (2009), «The Clouds Get Together» (2010), etc.
