Biography

Denisyev Anatoly (17.03.1940, the village of Kopti, Vitebsk District – 06.09.1997), a Belarusian artist. He graduated from Vitebsk Art and Graphics Pedagogical College in 1960. Since 1986, the artist participated in art exhibitions. In 1993 Anatoly Denisyev became a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists. From 1967, he lived in Novopolotsk.

The artist primarily worked in the field of easel painting and watercolor.

Among his major works are: «Spring Again», «New Town», «Small Village», «Asveya», «Autumn Time», «Fisherman's Cabin», «At the End of Summer»; watercolor paintings «Winter Evening», «Near the Lake», «On the Dvina», «January», «Street of the Old Town», «Bathhouse».
