Biography
Dukhovnikov Andrey (29.11.1966, Lenger Chimkent region, Southern Kazakhstan), Belarusian artist. In 1982 he moved with his family to Belarus, in 1988 – in Vitebsk. He graduated from Art and Graphic Department of Vitebsk State Pedagogical Institute (1993). Since 1999 Andrey Erikhovich is a member of Belarusian Union of Artists. Lives in Vitebsk.
The artist works in various genres of drawing and painting.
Among his works are: «Striped Sun» (1993), «Christmas Eve» (2000), «One Hundred Pictures about You» (2001), «The Music of Old Town» (2005), «Good Morning, Town» (2005), «Old Magician» (2008), «Your Flowers» (2008), «House of the Architect Kibardin» (2009), «The House on Suvorov Street» (2009), «The Princess is Going for a Walk » (2009), «Panorama of Vitebsk» (2009), «The Circus» (2010) and others. Andrey Erikhovich is the author of some picturesque series «Walk around Vitebsk» (1995-2003, more than 300 pieces), «Invasion of the Comedians» (1995-2005, about 100 works), «Little Fairy Tales» (2001–04).
The artist's works are held in state and private collections of Belarus and some countries abroad.
