Biography
Ilyinov Anatoly (30.12.1935, the former v-ge. Tserkovschina, Vitebsk region — 16.05.2020, Vitebsk), Belarusian artist. He graduated from Vitebsk Art and Graphic Pedagogical College (1955), Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1965). Anatoly Vladimirovich had been participating in art exhibitions since 1967. In 1972 he became a member of Belarusian Union of Artists. Lived in Vitebsk.
The artist worked in easel graphics (mainly linocut) and watercolors. The works are characterized by complex rhythmic organization of composition, attention to details, the conciseness of selected artistic tools, and the expressive dramatic concept of the image. A distinct graphic language is permeated with lyricism and emotional resonance.
Among the works are: «Awakening» (1967), «Spring Hubbub» (1972), «Winter Tale» (1993), «Old Vitebsk» (1994), «Stroll» (1999), «Palm Sunday» (2000), «Evening over the Lake» (2001), «Autumn Melody» (2003), «Indian Summer» (2005); series of works «My Lepel District» (1975), «Winter Patterns» (1980), «Berezinsky Reserve» (1980), «Songs of Fields» (1982), «My Town» (І983), «Ushachy Land» (1985) «Moy Rodny Kut» (1984), «Seasons» (2001) and others.
