Biography

 

Krupskaya Victoria (05.14.1975 – Lvov, (Ukraine)), a Belarusian artist. She graduated from the Vitebsk Children's Art School № 1 in 1992) and Vitebsk Technological University in 1997. From 1997-2001 she taught at Children's Art School №1 in Vitebsk. The artist was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Department of Culture of Vitebsk municipal executive committee, as the winner of regional competition of creative teaching and art school teachers. From 1997-2009 she worked as a leading designer at the Agro-industrial Association «Vitebskij Rassvet». Since 1992 she is a participant of art exhibitions. The artist is a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists since 2005.

Victoria Krupskaya works in painting technique. The author's works are laconic, beautiful in color: it is the emotions, a feeling of deep experience, the author's principle. Among the major works are: the series «Vertical Dreams», «Winter in Silver», «Family Silver», «Flowers» (2008); a diptych «Noon», «Midnight» (2009); «Sunsets of Daugava», «The Game of Light and Air», «Games of Kings» (2009).

The artist's works are kept in the collections of Mark Rothko's Fund, (Daugavpils, Latvia), Marc Chagall's Fund (Vitebsk, Belarus), as well as in private collections in Belarus, Russia, Latvia, the Netherlands, France, Greece and Slovakia.
