Biography

Myasnikova Ekaterina (01.05.1981, Polotsk, Vitebsk region – 16.11.2023, Polotsk, Vitebsk region), the Belarusian artist, publicist. She graduated from Art and Graphic Department of Vitebsk State University named after P. Masherov (2004). Since 2005 Ekaterina Viktorovna has been organizing the youth open airs («In Search of Atlantis»), actions and symposia. She was the author of the concept and the curator of the project «Belarusian ART alphabet» (2012, 2014). The artist has a number of publications in regional and national editions. Since 2006 she was an active participant of art exhibitions, open airs and projects. Ekaterina Viktorovna is a member of the Belarusian Union of Artists (2014). Since 2016 she is a member of the board of the Vitebsk branch of the public organization «Belarusian Union of Artists».

The artist worked in the technique of dry pastels in the genres of landscape and still life. Among the works are: «In Tranquility» (2012), «Sunny Day» (2012), «TSouth in July» (2012), «Forest Secret» (2015), «Fairy Tale» (2015), «Old House. Return» (2015), «Dandelions» (2016), «Lilacs» (2016), and others.

The works are kept in the museums of Belarus, private collections in Belarus, Russia, Germany and Poland.
