Biography

Prusov Oleg (13.06.1970, Vitebsk - 11.09.1996, Vitebsk), Belarusian artist. He graduated from Minsk Art College named after A. Glebov (1990), studied at Belarusian Academy of Arts (1990-93). Oleg Victorovich is one of the founders of «UBIKUS» (1989) as well as the author of two collections of poetry and prose.

The artist worked in graphics and easel painting.

Among the works are: paintings «Winner» (1989), «The Third Source of Light» (1991), «White Cloud» (1993), «Bee Tamer» (1994); graphic works «I Won't Leave Anymore» (1990), «Spring Rhapsody» (1992), «On the Edge of the Earth» (1993), «In the Cradle of Night» (1993), «The Dance of Lonely Heart» (1993), «Lovers» (1994), «The Queen» (1995), «Stargazers» (1995), «Wingless Angel» (1995), a series «Wise Men» (1990-92) and others.
His works are kept in private collections and galleries in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Russia and Belarus.
